Meeting Minutes

Risk assessment documentation needed for the minutes includes:

  • all FSC decisions (including building and occupant-specific information);
  • vote tabulation;
  • project funding approval, disapproval, and the selected risk management strategy;
  • written SOP on countermeasures (provided by the security organization); and
  • any other material related to the risk assessment.
