Continued Presence

Continued Presence is a form of temporary immigration relief that affords victims a legal means to temporarily live and work in the US during the course of an investigation or prosecution of human trafficking. Only federal law enforcement agencies can submit a request for Continued Presence. Only ICE may grant Continued Presence.
