This course provides an introduction to Commercial Claims. It covers small and large commercial claims, certification requirements and adjuster authority, the General Property Form, NFIP documentation requirements, and adjustment standards and requirements. Then case studies are used for the students to apply the information discussed. The learner must achieve a minimum passing score of 75% on final knowledge assessments or demonstrate mastery on performance assessments or research assignments to earn the IACET CEU.
