The ICC timeframe in which to complete the compliance activity is six years* from the date of the underlying flood claim plus any extension granted by the FEMA administrator.

*NOTE: This means NFIP policyholders will now have six years to complete the approved ICC mitigation measures starting on the date of the underlying flood insurance indemnity loss if the loss occurred on or after January 1, 2011.
