Welcome to the Public Assistance Program and Eligibility course.

This course describes project eligibility requirements for Public Assistance Program grants. The course will provide an overview of Public Assistance project eligibility. By the end of the course, State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial Applicants and Recipients will be able to understand all aspects of Public Assistance Program and project eligibility.

Upon successfully completing the course, the participants will be able to:

Describe project eligibility for Public Assistance Program grants and supporting laws, regulations, statutes, and executive orders.
Describe how to use the Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide as a tool in determining eligibility.
