Coordination or Collaboration

We often use the terms collaboration and coordination interchangeably. However, collaboration differs from coordination. Coordination involves different organizations or groups accomplishing their individual missions in harmony with one another. Collaboration is the process of shared creation or working together to identify and achieve shared goals and objectives. Collaboration focuses on the accomplishment of shared goals and objectives.
