The Colorado Emergency Preparedness Partnership, Inc. (CEPP) enrolls members in SATool, an information-sharing system that can host documents, message boards, and chat groups. Along with its information-sharing capabilities, the system can act as a virtual operations center during a disaster or special event.

The partnership uses an electronic mailing list for routine information as well as social media such as posted video feeds, blogs, and tweets. In-person meetings, hosted by the different partners, are held quarterly on topics of broad interest across sectors.
