You will click the ACCS button at the bottom of the Obligation screen to access and enter ACCS details.

OF347 lists items to be entered on multiple ACCS screens. The system generates Line numbers in consecutive order. Therefore, the unique line number for computers is 001 since it's the first entry. You will modify the second computer Line entry to 001 and restart the numbering (002) for the power strips.

Next, you will enter Ref Type (CM), Ref. No, (W123123YT) and Seq.

Identify the Seq entry (right) that corresponds with the commodities listed on the left. Then, check your responses.
