Output Summary

The Output Summary tab requires no data entry while in the field. The Damage Summary column displays the structure’s Repair/Reconstruction Percentage based on data entered in the Structure/Damage/NFIP, Cost, and Element Percentages tabs.

The Output Summary tab offers different methods for calculating the total damage percentage. The default method is computed using actual cash value (ACV). The other methods require additional data from other sources, such as a contractor’s estimate or real estate appraisal.
