Exterior Finish

Selecting an Exterior Finish is similar to selecting the roof covering. There are four options:

  • Siding or stucco (standard)
  • Brick veneer
  • EIFS
  • None – common brick, structural

If the superstructure is brick, select “None – common brick, structural.”

If the structure has two different types of exterior finish, select the type that covers the majority of the structure and make a note in the Structure Information box.

In the U.S., siding or stucco and brick veneer are the most common exterior finish types.
