Roof Covering

You can choose from four Roof Covering types:

  • Shingles – asphalt, wood (standard)
  • Clay tile
  • Standing seam (metal)
  • Slate

The most common roofing type in the U.S. is asphalt shingles.

If the actual roof type is not one of these four options, select the closest roof type and make a note in the Structure Information box.

If the structure has two different types of roof covering, select the type that covers the majority of the structure and make a note in the Structure Information box.
