Superstructure

The Superstructure data field offers you four options:

  • Stud-framed (standard)
  • Common brick
  • ICF
  • Masonry

Most homes in the US are stud-framed, although you may occasionally encounter a common brick or masonry home.

If the superstructure type is unclear, you can record your observations in the Structure Information text field.
