Four types of exterior finishes that can be selected in the SDE Tool:

• Siding or stucco
• Brick veneer
• Exterior insulation and finishing systems (EIFS)
• None (common brick or structural)

A siding or stucco finish is relatively common in the U.S. and generally refers to a vinyl aluminum wood or stucco finish.

Siding is often marked by the overlaying of strips of waterproof material that are connected to wall sheathing or other materials.
