This training was designed to help assist tribal, local, and State officials in making substantial damage determinations in accordance with the NFIP using the FEMA Substantial Damage Estimator (SDE) Tool software. The learner must achieve a minimum passing score of 75% on final knowledge assessments or demonstrate mastery on performance assessments or research assignments to earn the IACET CEU.
