Lesson 3: Developing a Volunteer Program

Lesson 3 introduced the steps for developing a volunteer program. There are seven steps required to develop a volunteer program. Following this model will facilitate development of a volunteer program that is tailored to the agency’s or jurisdiction’s needs.
