eGrants Registration Process
| The registration process is required before attempting to access eGrants for the first time.
This process involves four steps:
- You need to contact the FEMA Regional Office to receive an Access ID code. This step prevents unauthorized individuals from clogging the system with bogus User ID requests.
- Use the FEIMS registration screens to create an account.
- Once your FEIMS account has been created, you need to request access privileges to eGrants. FEMA will approve or reject this request. If your request is rejected, you will not be permitted to access eGrants.
- If the request is approved, you will receive an e-mail notification which authorizes you to create, submit, and/or manage subapplications and applications in eGrants.
