Scenario 1 of 3: Central City is going to host its first annual children’s fair in September at the City Park. The fair will have a petting zoo, arts and crafts booths, a stage for musical and dance performances, booths with educational and exploratory activities, and a carousel. The fair will have food and beverages onsite, as well as extra restroom facilities. Attendance is expected to reach in the thousands for each of the 3 days the fair is open. Safety measures will be planned to protect participants and attendees, and fire and rescue crews will be onsite in the event of an emergency. Setup and breakdown of the event is expected to take 2 days each.
