Subrecipient Monitoring
For subawards, it is the responsibility of the recipient/pass-through entity to coordinate with and collect the required documentation that is listed in the pre-monitoring letter from the sub- awardees (See 2 CFR 200.331(d) - Requirements for pass-through entities.).
